Everyone who says, ‘I am a believer and a Muslim,’ will know what to believe in and how to believe; they will learn how to worship Allah and will teach these things to their children. This is the command of Allah and His Prophet. This is the first duty and obligation of every mother and father. The easiest and shortest way to fulfil this sacred duty is to immediately obtain a book, read it to their children chapter by chapter, and engage with them until they have learned their religion.
